After the form has been processed, choose a Membership Level (Select options) below then follow the instructions to complete Payment by Check or the secure PayPal portal.  Please note that PayPal also accepts Credit or Debit Card, this option is available at the PayPal portal indicated by the “Pay with Credit or Debit Card“ option.  To pay by check Select options below and complete the ordering information online, then select the Pay by Check option at Check Out.
